Water: It really is as simple as water, if you’re not up to any of the above, get four glasses of water in you as soon as you’re up, German studies have proven that this boosts metabolism by 24% for the following 90 minutes, so this is especially useful if you’re working out. It is also a great way to flush out your system and get rid of built-up toxins.
