Enjoy great food, a gorgeous Nile view, shish and a fetir station. Iftar is open buffet salads and soup and a la carte main course. Sohor has a minimum charge of 150 LE.

Khan El Khalili and the 139 Lounge by Mena House Oberoi

If you want to an iftar or a sohour overlooking the great pyramids and carrying the glory of Egypt’s past, Mena House is the place to go. They also have awesome shisha with various flavors.

In collaboration with Pepsi, Abdel Wahab offers not only great food but also amazing refreshments. Rumor has it that this place is one of the best spots in Heliopolis this Ramadan.

And again this year Si Omar is among Cairo’s favorites with Fairmont teaming up with event plus, promo-vision and event house to offer a posh and trendy tent as always. If you are looking for a reasonably-priced Iftar or Sohor that could feed more than the menu suggests, and if you just love the oriental traditional Egyptian food then Tabasco Heliopolis is the place to go. They offer Aa la carte sohour and iftar as well as set menu.

Price: LE150 for a set iftar menu and starting LE93 for the sohour set menu.  The six-person sohour promotion costs LE200 but could feed 10 very hungry people or more.

Ramadan Fel-Felucca
For a completely different Iftar experience, try the Felucca iftar or sohour. What could be better than breaking the fast with the view of the sun setting into the river. The feluccas are also newly remodeled to have a luxurious atmosphere and the food is catered by Crave.

Reservation is a must and you have to arrive 30 minutes before departure.
