After Cairo Runners’ huge success, we were happy to come across the first roller derby team in Egypt: Cairo Rollers. Best thing is: It is an all-women team.

Having launched a last March, the team is on the look out for new members, if you are over 18, a female and have a passion for skating, join the team and they will polish up your skills or even teach you from scratch. You can also help train, sponsor, finance, or contribute with any skill you have to the development of the team in Egypt.

The team practices twice a week, on Tuesdays at 6pm to 8pm in New Cairo’s American International School and Fridays from 11am to 1pm at El Talaa’a Club, behind City Stars.
