This definitely has a strong kick to it, but it is laden with health benefits. It boosts your metabolism and immunity, is anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant and it also helps with nausea and upset stomach and aids digestion.
What better morning boost do you want?
In a fruit juicer, throw in one green apple and about an inch square of fresh ginger. Drink in one shot before breakfast.
