Them Gold Diggers

Them Gold Diggers

Well I’m back again, writing another article that some of you may not like, but in this case, well, you can’t really argue against.

Before I go on, I would just like to say that my intention is not to irritate you to the extent that you take it out on a helpless guy standing around while you’re reading. The poor fellow shouldn’t suffer the consequences of what I have written. If you want to take your anger and frustration out on someone, please do so by leaving a comment dropping me a line here.

“What shall it profit a man, if he gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?” Mark 8:36.

Money has always been the evilest invention humankind has created, it has poisoned the minds of many and created new types of people amongst our societies. It’s not a new phenomenon, but recently, gold digging has picked up quite a following.

A Gold digger is a greedy person, stereotypically a woman, who only dates and does everything she can to marry a wealthy partner with the sole intention of being a benefactor of his wealth. Forget love, personality or common interests, yeah, who cares about those pathetic things anyway.

I don’t blame young girls around for being like that. Some of that credit should goes to their parents and, for that matter, society for leading them to think like and consequently become gold diggers.

In truth there are many types of gold diggers, depending on the level of intelligence and wit they posses. I can only speak of two, based on personal experience.

The first kind is the self-proclaimed gold digger who is as sly and slick as they come. She knows every angle she could approach the prized man from, works her way around her checklist to find out what he has, what he doesn’t and what she can manipulate him into getting. I’m not talking about character traits here. She then reaches a verdict of whether he fits the bill or not. If he does, she takes her time to study and understand what it is that he looks for in a woman and fits her persona to match that of his desires. Once she has it down to the tee, she pursues him with a perfectly-executed plan.

This type of gold digger is always after the BBD, the bigger, better deal, so she is always on the look out for the best stock option. Yes, stock option, that’s how she assesses it: How much she has invested of her time and the return value she will get from that investment taking into consideration the opportunity cost which in this case is the other potential investments, or suitors.

Investment bankers out there, you should probably take notes on this because you could learn a thing or two from gold diggers.

Back to type one gold-digger. After a while she starts changing her ways, becoming a different person altogether and it doesn’t take genius to figure out that she found that BBD. She is now executing the perfect exit strategy, but as brutal as it is, it is not half as brutal as the next type of gold digger.

Next: Type-Two Gold Diggers
