Type two gold digger is just plain dumb, stupid and sad. I’m talking about the ones who see you every day but don’t really consider it until they see you driving an expensive car, wearing an expensive belt, watch or whatever it is that they think represent how rich you could be.

Once type two gold diggers have done her estimates based on the value luxury commodities you have, she then, like all types of gold diggers, does everything she can to get your attention. As foolish as men are, we fall right into that trap.

Unfortunately for that type of gold digger, she didn’t pay enough attention in business classes, or for that matter finance or investment banking, to know that assets and money can diminish in value. This is especially true when you have a crisis in the country and companies just go bust, and in this case the man’s bank account gets depleted. She hasn’t studied the man enough to know whether he’s a good long-term investment that has the ability to appreciate in value or simply a short-term cash cow. She doesn’t see a lucrative career or business that will provide for her throughout the years, she only looked at what he currently possesses.

Once that truth starts hitting her, she starts panicking and looking for solutions to what she considered a bad decision on her behalf. She then gives the “it’s not you, it’s me” and goes on her way reassessing her scouting skills.

Well I can’t really say much about the second type, that’s just plain dumb; money comes and goes, one day you have it, the next day it’s gone. As for the first type, well, I can respect a woman who knows what she wants and how to get it, but take a closer look at that quote from the bible.

In all honesty I don’t think that most women are gold diggers, as a matter of fact, if it is a rising problem it’s not just with women, frankly men have a lot to do with this particular issue as it is with more or less every other issue. But what I do see and notice is that the level of greed and materialism has grown with women.

That just scares me.

If we can’t see what people are truly worth and appreciate their value regardless of what they own, then what is the point of sharing your life with someone.

If that’s the case I might as well go for the most lucrative opportunity myself.

P.S. Listen carefully to James Browns’ This is a Man’s World because the truth of the matter is that the lyrics are true, I just hope most women aren’t taking advantage of that.
