Ten Tips to Boost your Metabolism

without any snacks and others who root for snacking every three hours, most scientists fall under the second category. Eat three main meals a day but snack on a fruit, veggie or a handful of nuts between each meal.
7. Do not skip breakfast: Make sure you do not skip breakfast to get your metabolism going and get a protein-rich meal before noon but get a light dinner and skip carbs at night.
8. Drink green tea: Green tea has various health benefits, but it has also been know to give your metabolism a good boost.
9. Sleep: Research has shown that sleep can affect your metabolism, so make sure you get seven hours of sleep each night, anything less or more has been proven unhealthy.
10. Drink at least 2 liters of water
