Make your home pretty and go out and shop for some pretty, springy flowers at the Spring Flowers Exhibition in Orman Garden, Dokki.

Being in Egypt, a land of agriculture, you really have no excuse not to have plants at home.

So ditch those plastic, artificial flowers and head out for some natural treats The exhibition has everything from pots to flowers, plants and even organic honey. You can also find great bargains: An Orchid plant that would normally cost LE200 is sold for LE90. You can also buy mint, basil and thyme plants to put in your balcony and always have fresh herbs for the perfect dish.

Even if you don’t end up buying anything at all, it is worth just having a walk through the pretty nature that gives you the perfect sense of Spring.

The exhibition is on everyday from 8:30am to 10pm until end of May and tickets cost LE8.
