Join the newly-launched Azza Fahmy Design Studio (AFDS) to learn the secrets of the trade from the Arab world’s pioneering jewelery designers, Azza Fahmy. In collaboration with the Alchimia School of Contemporary Jewellery in Florence, Fahmy has launched the studio, a first in Egypt, to take on design talents of all ages on their choice of either the short three-months courses, the one-year or the three-year academic programs.

Students will attend formal and practical courses to learn the trade from how to come up with the design idea all the way to how to market their portfolios and set up a gallery. Students also get to exhibit their work in Alchimia, Florence and network with international trade gurus.

Tuition for the one-year program costs LE60,000 and for the three-months course costs LE20,000. Check the AFDS website for more information.
