May 12, 2013Not only is this a great workout to get your body ready for beach season, but it will definitely boost your metabolism and push you to eat healthy.
Put together by Reform Pilates, Beach Body workout is a five week program focusing on different parts of your body with a different routine everyday including low and high impact exercises varying from toning and Pilates to spinning and TRX.
