Get Cross Fit
April 14, 2013We are loving the Cross Fit craze, so if you are looking to get active, grab your exercise shoes and get on to one of the many Cross Fit spots and times. Cross Fit works on core strength and fitness and normally performed outdoors without any machines. Instead, the program focuses on body weights, barbells and movements like squats, jumps and sprints.
To make your life easier, here’s their schedule so you won’t have any excuses not to get in shape:
