Healthy Pudding Treat

This makes for an amazing midday snack or a guiltless indulgence when that sweet tooth kicks in. It tastes like a rich chocolate pudding without the fat, sugar and guilt.
Wheat germ is packed with protein, dietary fiber, vitamins B and E (which means it’s great for your heat, mood, brain, livery, immunity and a natural antioxidant) as well as minerals, healthy fatty acids and complex carbs.
Unsweetened, raw cocoa is a strong antioxidant that helps improve your heart and brain health as well as stimulate your blood flow, lower blood pressure and improving your mood.
Ingredients:
1 – cup of yoghurt (we suggest Activia for a good digestion kick)
1 – teaspoon honey
1- tablespoon wheatgerm or oats
1 – tablespoon unsweetened cocoa
