Guilt-Free Leek and Potato Soup

1 Kilos of peeled potatoes cut into big chunks
6 Leeks (korat afrangy) cut
1 Bunch of celery (karats) chopped up
4 Cubes vegetable stock
Method:
Put all ingredients together, cover with water, bring to the boil; once the potatoes are cooked throw into your blender and enjoy.
