Secret to Crispy French Fries
January 27, 2015– Strain the extra milk
– Dip the fries in flour and shake well so the flour covers the fries evenly
– Fry in hot oil until they turn golden
– Drain the fries on paper towels and sprinkle with salt when they’re still very hot
– You can also sprinkle with paprika, curry or garlic power
