Scrambled Eggs with Smoked Salmon on a Toast
March 5, 2015Here’s a recipe for a simple and nutritious lunch that is as fancy as it is hearty and simple. It also gives you a good chunk of your daily omega, calcium and protein needs.
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 tablespoon full-fat milk
1 teaspoon butter
– 3 slices of good-quality smoked salmon
– 1 slice of toasted bread
Method:
– Beat the eggs in a small pot
– Add the milk and butter and put on medium heat on the stove, stirring occasionally.
– When the eggs are done, place them on the bread slice and top it off with smoked salmon, salt and pepper.
Enjoy your omega and protein filled five-minute lunch!
