The 15 Minutes Chicken Recipe
May 29, 2013Chicken were never easier. If you’re coming home from a long day at work and have no time to cook, this is definitely the recipe for you, we promise it won’t take you longer than 15 minutes and doesn’t need any preparation.
Ingredients: (Serves 2)
– 1/2 kilogram of chicken breasts (chopped in cubes)
– 5 tablespoons flour
– 3 tablespoons paprika
– Olive oil
– Thyme
Directions:
– In a large bowl mix the paprika and flour and toss in the chicken, coating it well so the mix completely covers each piece
– Heat a small amount of olive oil in a pan on medium heat
– Add the chicken and cook, stirring constantly for 10-12 minutes or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked
– Remove the chicken from the heat and drain from oil
– Put the drained chicken pieces in another bowl and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil (that hasn’t been heated) and thyme to your taste
